Media Team Member

About The Role

The Media Team Member is responsible for creating, capturing, editing, and publishing high-quality media that represents Ghost Modifications and its products, development work, community, and projects.

Media Team Members help showcase Ghost Modifications through professional screenshots, videos, promotional content, social media posts, trailers, development showcases, and community events. This position works closely with the Development, Marketing, and Executive Teams to ensure all published content reflects the quality and standards of Ghost Modifications.

Key Responsibilities

• The Media Team Member is responsible for creating, capturing, editing, and publishing high-quality media that represents Ghost Modifications and its products, development work, community, and projects.
• Media Team Members help showcase Ghost Modifications through professional screenshots, videos, promotional content, social media posts, trailers, development showcases, and community events. This position works closely with the Development, Marketing, and Executive Teams to ensure all published content reflects the quality and standards of Ghost Modifications.

Qualifications

• High-quality screenshots and video footage of Ghost Modifications products, vehicles, EUP, MLOs, and other development projects.
• Create promotional videos, trailers, teasers, and showcase content.
• Produce screenshots for product releases, advertisements, announcements, and social media.
• Edit photos and videos to a professional standard.
• Create promotional graphics and visual content when needed.
• Assist the Marketing Team with social media content.
• Promote new Ghost Modifications releases and development projects.
• Cover community events, showcases, and special projects.
• Maintain an organized library of approved media assets.
• Ensure all media follows Ghost Modifications branding and visual standards.
• Coordinate with Developers to capture projects before and after release.
• Assist with product previews and development teasers.
• Create content suitable for Discord, social media, websites, and other approved platforms.
• Protect unreleased development content and confidential company information.
• Obtain appropriate approval before publishing unreleased or internal development material.
• Maintain professionalism when representing Ghost Modifications publicly.
• Work with the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Staff on major promotional campaigns.
• Assist other departments with photography, video, and promotional media needs.
• Participate in team meetings, content planning, and scheduled media projects.
• Meet assigned deadlines and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Follow all Ghost Modifications policies, procedures, and staff expectations.
