Media Supervisor

About The Role

The Media Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, production, organization, and quality of all media content produced for Ghost Modifications. This position leads the media team and ensures that promotional content, development showcases, social media material, videos, screenshots, trailers, and community announcements maintain a consistent and professional brand.

The Media Supervisor works closely with Executive Staff, Developers, Marketing, Community Management, and other departments to ensure Ghost Modifications is properly represented across all media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Ghost Modifications Media Team.
• Develop and maintain a consistent media strategy for Ghost Modifications.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns for products, services, and releases.
• Create and oversee screenshots, promotional graphics, videos, trailers, showcases, and other media content.
• Coordinate media coverage for new vehicle models, EUP, MLOs, scripts, development projects, and other releases.
• Review media submissions before publication to ensure they meet Ghost Modifications quality standards.
• Maintain consistent branding across social media, Discord, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Work with Developers to obtain accurate information and media assets for upcoming releases.
• Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional schedules.
• Assist with social media content planning and scheduling.
• Organize and maintain the company's media asset library.
• Ensure appropriate file naming, organization, storage, and accessibility of media assets.
• Coordinate photography and video sessions within FiveM.
• Direct cinematic recordings, product showcases, and promotional videos.
• Identify opportunities to increase Ghost Modifications' visibility and community engagement.
• Monitor the performance of published media and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all published content follows Ghost Modifications policies and professional standards.
• Train and mentor Media Team members.
• Assign projects and responsibilities to Media Team members.
• Review team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist Executive Staff with special media projects and announcements.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased products, projects, and company information.
• Ensure unreleased content is not distributed without proper authorization.
• Report major media concerns, project delays, or policy violations to Executive Staff.
• Represent Ghost Modifications professionally when interacting with customers, developers, creators, and community members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in media production, photography, videography, graphic design, or social media.
• Experience creating promotional content for gaming communities, FiveM servers, or development companies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of FiveM and GTA V environments.
• Ability to create professional screenshots and cinematic footage.
• Knowledge of video editing software and basic graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to lead, train, and supervise a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with other departments.
• Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased Ghost Modifications projects.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to meet assigned deadlines.
• Must follow all Ghost Modifications policies, procedures, and chain of command.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
