Media Manager

About The Role

The Media Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and maintaining Ghost Modifications' media presence across social media platforms, community channels, promotional campaigns, and company communications.

This position helps build the public image of Ghost Modifications by creating engaging content, promoting our development work, showcasing products and services, and ensuring that all published media reflects the professionalism and standards of the company.

The Media Manager works closely with Executive Staff, Developers, Marketing, and other departments to plan and produce media content that increases community engagement and promotes Ghost Modifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Ghost Modifications' social media and media platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish promotional content.
• Develop graphics, announcements, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Capture and edit screenshots, gameplay footage, trailers, and promotional videos.
• Showcase Ghost Modifications' vehicle models, EUP, MLOs, liveries, development projects, and other products.
• Coordinate media coverage for new releases, updates, projects, and company announcements.
• Maintain a consistent Ghost Modifications brand and visual identity.
• Write professional captions, descriptions, announcements, and promotional copy.
• Monitor community engagement, comments, messages, and reactions.
• Help increase Ghost Modifications' social media reach and community engagement.
• Work with the Chief Marketing Officer on marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
• Work with Developers to obtain accurate information and media for upcoming releases.
• Maintain an organized archive of company photos, videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all media is professional, appropriate, and consistent with company standards.
• Assist with community events, product showcases, development showcases, and promotional events.
• Identify trends and new opportunities for Ghost Modifications' media presence.
• Track engagement and provide recommendations for improving content performance.
• Protect confidential development information and avoid releasing unauthorized content.
• Obtain appropriate approval before publishing major company announcements or unreleased projects.
• Assist Executive Staff with special media projects when requested.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with social media management, content creation, marketing, or digital media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create professional and engaging social media content.
• Experience with graphic design and/or video editing is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X is preferred.
• Understanding of FiveM, GTA V, gaming communities, and roleplay communities is strongly preferred.
• Ability to use image and video editing software.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and respectful communication with community members and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding unreleased Ghost Modifications projects.
• Ability to follow company policies, branding standards, and leadership direction.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas.
• Must maintain a professional reputation within the Ghost Modifications community.

• Reporting Structure
• The Media Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with Executive Staff, Developers, and other Ghost Modifications departments.

Employees in this position are expected to maintain professionalism, protect company information, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and ensure that all public-facing content reflects the quality and reputation of Ghost Modifications.
