Customer Ban Policy
1. Website Purchase Abuse
Customers may be banned for:
- Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases.
- Intentionally providing false payment or customer information.
- Abusing refunds, cancellations, or promotional offers.
- Repeatedly placing orders without legitimate intent to complete payment.
2. Information Leaking
Customers may be banned for:
- Sharing confidential Ghost Modifications information without authorization.
- Leaking internal communications, files, documents, or announcements.
- Distributing private or restricted information to unauthorized individuals.
3. Product Leaking
Customers may be banned for:
- Leaking unreleased products, modifications, files, previews, or development materials.
- Redistributing Ghost Modifications products without authorization.
- Sharing purchased or restricted files with individuals who did not purchase or receive authorization.
- Uploading or distributing Ghost Modifications products outside approved platforms.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers may be banned for:
- Filing fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.
- Initiating a chargeback after receiving and using a digital product without first contacting Ghost Modifications.
- Repeatedly disputing legitimate transactions.
- Attempting to obtain products without completing payment.
5. Non-Payment
Customers may be banned for:
- Receiving products or services without paying.
- Intentionally avoiding an outstanding balance.
- Repeatedly failing to complete required payments.
- Attempting to bypass payment requirements.
6. Ban Enforcement
Ghost Modifications reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently ban accounts.
- Restrict website and product access.
- Revoke access to previously purchased products where permitted.
- Deny future purchases or services.
- Take additional action when necessary to protect Ghost Modifications, its products, and its customers.
7. Appeals
Customers may contact Ghost Modifications regarding a ban or account restriction. Appeals may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Ghost Modifications reserves the right to uphold, modify, or remove a restriction based on the circumstances.
