Ghost Modifications

No Return / No Refund Policy

At Ghost Modifications, we strive to provide high-quality digital products, development services, and custom modifications to our customers. Due to the digital and/or customized nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing by Ghost Modifications.

1. No Refunds

Once a payment has been completed and a product, service, development project, or digital asset has been purchased, no refunds will be issued except when Ghost Modifications determines that an exception is appropriate.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• FiveM vehicle models
• Vehicle liveries
• EUP and clothing
• MLOs
• Custom development
• Custom modifications
• Digital files and assets
• Development packages
• Commissioned work
• Custom orders
• Previously delivered digital products
• Services that have already been started or completed

2. No Returns

Because Ghost Modifications primarily provides digital products and services, physical returns generally do not apply.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available to the customer, it cannot be returned.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, available previews, requirements, compatibility information, pricing, and other applicable information before making a purchase.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the available information and agree to the terms of this policy.

4. Custom and Commissioned Work

Custom projects and commissioned work are considered final once development has begun.

Customers may not request a refund because they:

• Change their mind
• No longer need the product
• No longer want the product
• Find another developer
• Decide the product is not what they expected after approving the project
• Fail to provide required information or materials
• Experience compatibility issues caused by their own server, framework, files, or third-party resources

Any requested changes to a custom project must be discussed with Ghost Modifications and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Product Issues

Ghost Modifications will make reasonable efforts to correct legitimate issues with products or services that do not function as advertised.

If you experience an issue, contact Ghost Modifications Support and provide:

• Your order or transaction information
• A description of the issue
• Relevant screenshots or error messages
• Any additional information requested by our development team

Ghost Modifications may, at its discretion, provide a fix, replacement, update, or other reasonable resolution instead of a refund.

6. Third-Party Compatibility

Ghost Modifications is not responsible for compatibility problems caused by:

• Third-party scripts
• Modified game files
• Outdated frameworks
• Incorrect installation
• Customer modifications
• Conflicting resources
• Server configuration
• Other third-party software or assets

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their server and environment meet the requirements of the purchased product.

7. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Customers are expected to contact Ghost Modifications before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to purchased products
• Suspension or termination of services
• Removal of licenses
• Blacklisting from future purchases
• Submission of relevant transaction information to the payment provider

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law.

8. Exceptions

Ghost Modifications reserves the right to review individual circumstances and may approve an exception to this policy at its sole discretion.

An exception granted in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same exception in another situation.

9. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing from Ghost Modifications, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Return / No Refund Policy before completing their purchase.

Ghost Modifications reserves the right to update or modify this policy when necessary. The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Final Notice

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR EXPRESSLY APPROVED BY GHOST MODIFICATIONS.
